Arts and crafts techniques
The technical crafts programs aim to familiarize people with the crafts and to make them able to work in the design and production of original works with a utilitarian, decorative or artistic function by transforming either leather, wood, textiles, metals or any other material.
As part of these training activities of the Takwin wa Tamkin program, supported by the PAP ENPARD program, Mrs. Youcef Khoudja talks about weaving, on Algerian television she describes her experience of Laghouat training and the importance of supporting rural women. Femmes en communication would like to thank the Laghouat Crafts Chamber for their support for this training by providing us with the training room and an excellent weaving showroom.
In order to show craftswomen that the raw material is available around them, we present the NAYA Fantaisies workshop to you at the 21st edition of the International Crafts Fair in Algiers, at the Res’Art stand. Paper is one of these raw materials
