International trainer in cheese and representative of Algerian women artisans network foundation, Sonia currently trains in Illizi, with the local chamber of agriculture women in the production of camel milk cheese on a voluntary basis on local rural women demand. For all cheese training, Sonia Kadri is present in Mostghanem at her workplace.
